For instance, it's plentiful in nutrient C and one of only a handful barely any organic products that are high in B nutrients. Jackfruit additionally contains folate, niacin, riboflavin, potassium, and magnesium.Raw Jackfruit can use as a vegetable that tastes resemble meat. Ingredients we need:

  1. Raw Jackfruit- 01 Medium bowl
  2. Fish-3 to 4 pcs
  3. Prawn-1/2 cup
  4. Dry Prawn-1/2 cup
  5. Pulses-1 cup
  6. Cooking oil- 01 cup
  7. Cardamom- 4 to 5 pcs
  8. Bay leaf- 2 to 3 pcs
  9. Cinnamon
  10. Onion-01 cup
  11. Garlic paste- 2 tsp
  12. Ginger Paste-1 tsp
  13. Cumin Powder-1.5 tsp
  14. Turmeric- 1 tsp
  15. Red Chili-2 tsp
  16. Salt- as to taste 

Cooking Procedure:

We can follow 3 steps to prepare this recipe.

step-01: Boil raw jackfruit

Step-01: Boil raw Jackfruit

Cut your raw jackfruit and slice your required shape and take them on a pan.
Add some water, a pinch of turmeric and salt to boil.

Step-02: Cook Spices

  • Take a pan depending amount of raw jackfruit.
  • Pour cooking oil-01 cup.
  • Add Cardamom- 4 to 5 pcs .
  • Add some bay leaf.
  • Add a piece of Cinnamon.
  • Stir some while.
  • Add a cup of Onion and stir some while.
  • Add 2 tsp garlic paste.
  • Add 1 tsp ginger paste.
  • Add 1.5 tsp cumin powder.Add 1 tsp turmeric powder.
  • Add 2 tsp red chili.
  • Add salt as to taste.
  • Stir well and left it 2 minutes to cook. 

Step-03: Cook Jackfruit 

Now we have to add the main ingredients into the cooked spices.

First add 3 to 4 pcs fish ( what available to you) and mix well.

Then1/2 cup prawn and mix well

After that 1/2 cup dry prawn additionally and mix well.

Now add 1 cup pulses and mix well and close the lid for 5 minutes.

After that add a bit of water and wait 10- 15 minutes for kosha.

After 10-15 minutes add boiled jackfruit and mix well and wait another 5 minutes.

Now add a bit water again and cook for 10 minutes.

Finally add some fry onion on cooked curry and take for serve.


 Jackfruit curry taste as meat. You can try this recipe at your home. For vegetarian people, it is an ideal recipe.
